Hawkins\Brown is working with MACE to deliver Professional Property Services to Hertfordshire County Council over a six year period.

This involves deciding on estate strategy development, mentoring the multi-disciplinary in-house teams, carrying out joint and independent commissions including new build and refurbishment projects for nurseries, schools and further education colleges.

We have carried out options appraisals and feasibility studies for development of new and existing school sites in Bishop's Stortford, Hertford and Stevenage. We have developed reference designs and output specifications for both primary and secondary schools.
